[Icom] Current Serial # for IC-756 Pro II ?

Pretty low S/N - Don't think you got a recent Pro II. All the
dist and raise #@*&%  especially since the plastic bag not sealed.

Tell them you gonna send it back - you want a new one. If they give
you static, contact your plastic people.

Evidently, a newer model is coming out the way prices have dropped.
The dealers are, in turn, trying to offload them !!

I just purchased a new IC-756 Pro II from a Icom dealer. The box
appeared to have been open because the plastic bag was not taped.
Otherwise in everything was as expected. 

It's serial Number is 001828. This seems low given the time this radio
has been out.

What is the current product serial numbers and has there been any
factory mods since 001800???

I was a long time Ft-1000D and MP user, the 756 Pro II has made me a
convert.
