[Icom] RE: 765 TR relay

I've seen a couple 765s that I've had for repair experience intermittent
trouble with the attentuator switching.  At times keying the radio would correct
it,  but usually cycling the attentuator through it's 10-20-30 db positions
several times would cure it.
