Not really. That is when I got mine.
All I get for it is a stinking magazine full of ads !!
DXCC,WAS, etc. all cost me the same.
The life membership means nothing.
Bureau rates keep going up and up.
But !! it brought us incentive licensing !!
And 10,000 no coders !!
