[Icom] Mobile antenna considerations

I was looking at the SS CB antennas. Someone mentioned that there is a
amrine whip, much longer than the CB whip. I have not been able to find
such within my area. If wind whip is a concern then this might be
something. I would like to know what length and what price the so-called
marine whips are.
