[Icom] Automotive noise in new(er) SUVs

Used to be a ham here that worked for GM-Delphi.  He did the EMI-RFI
testing.  GM puts a LOT of effort into their vehicles.

Obviously, FORD does not.  I own a 1976 Postal Jeep.  It don't even have an
AM radio in it.
