[Icom] FS: CT-17 level converter

I have a CT-17 level converter--the one that's required to interface
Icom rigs with computers.  It's in mint condition cosmetically and
operationally and I don't need it. It comes with the original manual and
cable to connect to the Icom "remote" output, plus a wallwart 12v
supply.  These things cost $140 new (!).  I'd be happy to ship this one
