[Icom] Icom 275h Switch Problem

The on/off power button on my Icom 275h is becoming unreliable. Sometimes the
set powers up and works fine. Other times it does not. If I push the button
several times, it generally comes to life and is fine. As a temporary solution,
I just left it switched on and interrupt the current from the power supply with
a remote switch. 	
	
Question: how big of a task is it to replace this switch? Do I have to ship it
to Icom or can I get a local Ham with good technical skills to do the work?   	
	
I have the service manual, by the way.
