[Icom] PROII and Pactor

First off, I don't know anything about the Pro II. But,
back around '95 or so, I was hot and heavy into
pactor, and used FSK with both a TS 850 and a
Yaesu FT 990 with my AEA PK 900 tnc. Just like
using FSK for RTTY, this allowed use of narrow
filters for Pactor use.
