[Icom] 706 Mobile Op.& Nissan

I had a 2001 Nissan crew cab 4wd truck - the fuel pump was S9+20 on 80-10 - 
couldn't get to the fuel pump without dropping the fuel tank.  Nissan 
wouldn't do anything about it.  Got a 2002 GMC full size truck - just about 
no noise at all.
