Just days ago there was a thread on here about using the large capacity
rechargable batteries that come in plastic carriers with jumper cables
attached for operating portable with ICOM radios.

I would recap it for you, but a few individuals did the "what does this have
to do with ICOM" bit, even though ICOM radios benefit from batteries in
portable operation.
