Try and get parts or service for the bloody thing if it breaks, though...

USA-made radio, hmmm...LM Ericsson of Stockholm acquired GE's Mobile Radio
Communications Division in Lynchburg VA, and subsequently closed it down.
Thus, parts availability is limited to NOS on-hand, and a few 2-way shops
may still be able to work on Ericsson/GE products - for a price.
