Over the years, I have always found Icom Bellevue parts support excellent. I
would call them on the 800-number, giving them the part numbers and credit
card info; the parts would generally ship the same day if they were in
stock.
On the one occasion when I ordered parts from Icom Canada, I called in the
order, drove out and collected the parts the same day.
Cheers for now, 73,

Icom parts support has always been great for me. Calls, emails, etc.
Yea,
sometimes you have to wait a few mins, but beats the heck out of the 45
mins
it takes to talk to my cable modem support customer service and I pay
them $50
a month!
With ten 781s and four 765s in the shack here, I buy lots of parts.
Never had to send a radio into Icom yet. The service manuals and the on
line FAQ are
very good.
You should try talking to the other two big radio companies. Their parts
service is really, really bad.
73!
