[Icom] Icom parts support

now, ive had good luck with ALL of the parts departments of the big 
3....calls answered promptly, parts sent fast, for all of them. icom was a bit better 
as they would often send parts "free" like screws and such. i make a point of 
calling them 1st thing in the am, just after they first open. gotta give them 
time for a cup of coffee and such. corporate america is downsizing the 
"customer support" people, as the other post pointed out, so the hi mucky mucks can 
get ehe bonuses and raises. they forget who made the customer support work in 
the first place. the over worked personnel really are doing the best they can 
with what they have.
