[Icom] PW-1 CI-V commands

Hi Dave

Thank's for response. Yes, I know this, but the PW1 have also 4 way antenna
switch, which should by controlled remotely via CI-V and also have two
inputs. For example : If this inputs should be controlled remotely, we
should use single PW1 for SO2R. I don't know if Icom designer implement this
into PW1 CI-V, but hopefully yes. I think, hear that description will be a
hard task :-))
