[Icom] New Icom 756 Pro II - Low Power Output on SSB

Hello All,

Just purchased a new Pro II, man what a radio.
Anyway, to the point. The power output on SSB is running between 60 and 80 
watts.
What is the procedure for raising the output up to 100+ watts?

Any help would be appreciated.
