[Icom] IC-R10 Memory Delete?

All,

I purchased and R10 off of ebay and I have programmed several of the banks 
with various repeater, public service, weather, etc. frequencies, using the 
banks to seperate them in to logical groups.  However, none of the banks 
have been filled up yet and I would like to delete all of the other memory 
locations in the bank (they were either programmed by the previous owner or 
came preporgrammed) but I can not figure out a way to delete the memory so 
that it shows 'BLANK' like the existing unprogrammed locations do.  I have 
scoured the manual looking for a way to delete a memory but can not find 
it.  Can this be done?
