[Icom] IC for Icom 765?

A recent lightning strike got into my 765 receive audio stages and was just
looking at the schematic to check on the ICs used there.  I see that IC6, a
NJM4558D, is available from Mouser for only 22 cents!  IC7 is designated a
�PC1241H .  I haven't been able to locate that number in any English
language websites.  A Russian site seems to indicate it's a NEC number, but
that doesn't help find it via a search.  Does anyone have any info on a
source for this IC or a cross reference to an equivalent?  Thanks.
