it would appear that the 24AT (when set to monitor out of band) switches to USB 
when in the 11 meter world.  is there a way i can listen to the 11 meter in 
straight FM mode?  i'd love to get rid of my CB in the truck since i only use 
it when traffic is snarled.

if i can't do it with the 24AT, is there a 2 meter mobile radio from Icom that 
would listen to out of band freqs but would not switch to USB mode in the 11 
meter range.  maybe the 2100?

hope that doesn't sound too strange.  i've been driving all day and all i can 
hear is my pounding headache.
