Why don't you just make one?
Get a plug that looks like the rig's back side, wire up some 12 gauge wire
and put another power plug on the end.

$10 for the chasis connector, $7 for the power plug.

Powerwerx carries them, so do others I suppose.

Icom may have done this to reduce both IR drop and RF pickup since they
don't know how RF dirty everyone's shack is.

On older Icom P/S's the power cords were quite long and you really could put
the power supplies under a desk.
