[Icom] Icom Band Data?

Never measured it exactly, but it looks close enough.

10m and 12m are together, as are 15m and 17m.  As to 30m, don't you think
0.00 is unique from the others?  It is a valid level!  In fact, if you pull
the control cables from the system or turn off the radio (as in no control
voltage applied), my amp and tuner default to 30m.
