[Icom] 706 power output

there are seperate BPF for each band so that will not be the problem.
Check the voltage where entering the radio, I use an original power cord (2x
red and 2x black wire) which reduces voltage drop on the cable. With 13.8V
from the power supply I get 13.2V on the radio,(in FM TX mode) 110W on 80m,
and still over 100W on 6m on bird meter. (on a dummy load)
If the radio drains enough current (arround 20 Amps) with low output there can
be a problem in the output transformer.. check if it gets hot, a resistive
relay or other loose contacts as they get worse on higher frequencies.
