[Icom] 706 power output

Have noticed recently (and I admit I never paid much attention before) that the
output on my original 706 has fallen off on 10, 12 and 15 meters, as well as on
6 meters. Into a dummy load, I'm getting 95 watts output on CW or FM (or RTTY)
on 160, 80, 40, 30, 20, and 17 meters, but am seeing only 65 watts on 10, 12, 15
and 6. And about 28-30 watts on AM, which is down markedly from the 45 I used
to get on these bands.
Perhaps it has been this way all along, but I don't think so. I wish I had
taken the time to measure it 'back then' but never gave it a thought, as most of
my operation has been on 20 or 75 where it works great. The rig is used largely
mobile, but only on 75, 40 and 20, but I just brought it into the house and was
trying it on 6 meters when I noticed it was low in output. Switched to dummy
loa d and checked other bands.
I'm wondering if there are adjustments that could have changed. I have the
schematic but no service manual. Or perhaps others get a similar reduction in
power at the higher frequencies? (I doubt that, too.) My guess is one of the
BP filters is used for all of those bands (15/12/10/6) and I'm wondering if
anyone else has first of all, seen the problem, and secondly corrected it.
Thanks
