Then there are times when building isn't an option--like being away from home 
and the toolbench, or having just moved and not having the shop set up yet, 
or having a hand in a cast.  Yea, I know some people can produce machine shop 
quality by candle-light with an ice-pick and a rusty old scout knife.  I'm not 
one of those folks and under some circumstances will let somebody make a few $ 
profit from me.
