[Icom] Automotive noise - SUVs - update

We're getting pretty generic here, guys.  I always have a tough time 
determining when to pull in the reins on a topic like mobile noise or 
antennas or microphones.  While they often start out related to ICOM gear, 
they often quickly head off into the generic weeds.

What I try to do is allow at leastr enough generic information to give the 
original questioner some insight into their problem.  I think we've reached 
that point with this topic.  Let's try to wrap it up.
