[Icom] ic 7400 and ic 746pro ?

Hi Ody,

It was a marketing decision. In North America, the radio is called the
IC-746Pro, probably to appeal to owners of the original IC-746. In Japan,
Asia, Europe and other markets, Icom wanted to project the idea of a
completely new product line, so they named the radio IC-7400. The IC-7400
and IC-746Pro are one and the same radio, with some regional variations such
as transmit frequency coverage etc.
