I also have a icom t2h it works great.
No problem with it picking up any interference that kills the channels.
The audio is great.
I have the rechargable battery pack and charger.
It is very sturdy.

I use mine in my classroom right beside my PC and a room full of other pc's
(12 of them) for my kids not to mention a ceiling full of fluorescents  and
there is not a peep from it. Maybe I'm just lucky.
