[Icom] IC-2100H problem solved!

Thanks to Fern, Tony and all who responded. One of the
local guys loosened and then tightened the screws
holding the main board, and the popping sound
disappeared. He did not have any star washers at the
time but will use those if the problem appears again.

Yet another triumph for this list!
