[Icom] CT-16 Sat Interface with 756 Pro?

I answered my own question.  The answer is YES, you can!

Plug the CI-V connectors from the radios into either of the ports on the 
back of the CT-16.
Select the DIP switch settings as follows:
   IC-475  is on "High Band" switch:  1 off, 2 off, 3 ON, 4 off, 5 ON, 6 
off, 7 off 8 off
   IC-756Pro  on "low Band" switch:  All switches to OFF (up)

On the 756Pro menu option, "OTHERS", I used the following selectable settings:
CI-V Baud Rate:  Auto
CI-V Address:  5Ch
CI-V Transceive:  On
CI-V with 731:  Off

Works great!  Using this setup, I can downconvert the 2401 MHz AO-40 
signals to 144 MHz using a UEK-3000, then again to 10 meters using a 
Hamtronics 144 -> 10 meter downconverter.  That lets me take advantage of 
all the great DSP features in the 756Pro!
