[Icom] IC-2100H design flaw?

This has been reported by several on the reflector, I cant remember for sure
the cure or exactly where I saw it.   I believe it involved resoldering the
coax ground inside the radio, I will do some checking.  Perhaps someone else
can remember the cure.  Jim K4JAF
