[Icom] T8A OEM battery manufacturers

I have an Icom T8A tribander and the batter is about shot. Does anyone =
know if there is an OEM manufacturer for handi talkee batteries ? Also, =
I have a brand new Icom 746Pro and my wife and I can't find the duty =
cycle. Can anyone help us out ? Thanks, and g.b.                         =
