[Icom] New Pro2 & CW question

Do you have the VOX enabled?  I don't have a 756, just a 746, but it and
most older TRX's need the VOX enabled in CW in order to get break-in or
semi-break-in mode (as opposed to manual transmit mode where you have to
activate a transmit switch to send).
