[Icom] ic 775dsp s/n number mod

hello 
i call icom today in UK and Germany they didn't know of any mod kit on the ic 
775dsp 
in fact the U.S.A  version is not the same as the European version and in 
Europe 
it run on different s/n lower then in the state. they did say to me that the 
America received first the radio then Europe. 
2nd they say that there was a  production problem in the beginning but then 
all europe 
version are all up to data.
