[Icom] Mic plugs

Hi Dan:
    When you are shopping for RJ style of connectors, please remember that
they make two different types being one for the stranded type of wire (not
likely to find those at Radio Shack) and the other style which is meant for
solid wires (which is what Radio Shack normally will supply).  73's from
