[Icom] FS:AH-4 auto wire tuner

It's only a starting point. I don't see anything written in stone. I don't
own it. I'm not going to warrant it. The man is dying. I'm selling it for
him because he can't. I also asked for responses OFF the reflector. I don't
hear any offers.
