[Icom] IC-765 tuner problem

Thanks to all who replied to my IC-765 tuner problem.
With the exception of the step requiring a 150 ohm dummy load,
I've adjusted the tuner as per the service manual.
The R105 and R110 adjustments were already pretty close,
which was to be expected since they were adjusted a couple
of years ago. However, the C5 adjustment was off: a 2.33/2.52
volt split. I don't know if that caused the discrepancy
in the speed of the tuning variable capacitors, but
adjusting C5 seems to have cleared up the problem.

Adjusting C5 is easiest done if a strategically placed
hole is drilled in the tuner cover. While performing
the adjustment the tuner got into a state where a voltage
was present on R104/R105/R110 even in receive mode.
This was cleared by cycling the power.
