[Icom] Icom 756 Audio Buzz

Basically, yes.  Check that out first to be certain that isn't the problem.  BTW, I am
using Astron supplies here.  I initially has an Icom PS85 supply on it but it was a major
piece of junk.  I *finally* got Icom to take it back and send me the $$$.
