[Icom] Mobile antenna considerations

For what it's worth, I've used the Hustler verticals, the Icom AH-4 with a
102" whip and the Stealth II 4/80 "screwdriver" antenna. The Hustlers
performed well but it's a pain in the butt having to stop and change
resonators. The AH-4 didn't work in my case due to installation issues
(proximity to too much metal). I researched a lot of mobile antennas and
finally landed on the Stealth II. There are a number of models for this
antenna. Let me say that I think it is a very good design and I'm extremely
happy with it. As is, it tunes all the bands between 20 and 6 meters and
with the addition of a couple of accessories it will go down to 80 and 40.
I've gotten excellent signal reports for a mobile and have also worked some
DX. Installation is relatively easy, depending on the type of vehicle.

Just my $0.02 worth.
