Hey Jeff...how are you doing?

I designed and built a Geiger counter as an EE student project, back in the
1960's. It used the (then) all-new silicon transistors in the HV power
supply and meter driver!

I'm guilty of both (ham radio and astronomy) also. My other hobbies are
bluegrass music (playing in a bluegrass band as well as listening), target
shooting, Geiger counters, and history. I suspect most would view at least
several of my hobbies as geeky. I certainly enjoy them though!
