Dick,

I agree 100% with Clete. It is very helpful to see responses to questions, 
especially if you are following the thread. When a discussion goes off-list 
there is a loss of continuity for other interested members.

I have no problems at all deleting unwanted messages.

If, as a previous poster suggested, that there is discomfort in arranging a 
sale through the reflector, they should go off-list to conclude their 
transaction - it's just good business anyway.
