Hi Bill
I've got one that I've had since it I bought it brand new. It's in very
good cosmetic shape with some small scratches on the one side where the
AH-2 tuner module connected onto the screws on the side. Electrically it
works excellent. I just recently took the tuning knob assembly apart and
cleaned and polished the shaft. It was sticking a bit but now works as
smooth as glass. I have the 250 HZ CW filters in both the 9MHz and
455KHz IF's and I have the 6 KHZ AM filter and the CR602 High Stability
Oscillator. It is an outstanding rig and when I bought an Icom 756 Pro
to replace it, I determined I liked the 765 better and so I sold the Pro
even though it was only a few months old.. Then Icom fixed some of the
CW problems on the Pro and came out with the 756 Pro II. I bought one
but only after a long time of side by side comparison have I accepted the
new PII into my shack. Anyhow, I sure loved the 765 on CW and it is a
real sweet rig. I would not sell it other than I am just a casual
operator and the 756 Pro II is a good rig that fits better on my desk and
limited space.
I also have the Icom SP-20 matching speaker that goes with it. It has
two switchable audio filters, one low pass and one high pass, and also
has a switchable input in case you want to use another radio to the
speaker.
I would like to sell both for $1300.
I can take some pictures of the unit if you are interested in the rig,
but it will take a bit of fiddling to get the pictures into internet
form.
Let me know your thoughts.

PS I'll give Bill first shot but is anyone else interested in this?
