[Icom] Service turn around.

I sent my 756Pro-II to Icom for some repair work.  It has been there for a
week.  I called today to check on its status. Their web site says 5-10 days
turn around.
I was told it would be on a bench in 2 1/2 weeks.  that's 3/12 weeks total
to even get looked at.  Has anyone else had similar experience?
