[Icom] Questions with IC781 and ICR9000

hello Johnny 
i have as well the ICOM IC 781 and love it , now the meter will go all the 
way up and back to 0 when readio switch off . when on no red tx light . now 
if you look on this web page you see how to sort the heat problem on psu .

or buy in computer shop fan and mount it on the back where the psu is it will 
run cool 
no problem a lot of pepole do it like this or they just but this fan kit for 
ic 781 
as well fan kit for R-9000
