Hi Martin,
Unfortunately I could not locate this spec for the IC-R9000, but as an
example, the IMD3 dynamic range of a good commercial (e.g. PMR or LMR)
VHF-FM receiver in FM mode is better than 70dB at 20 kHz offset. 75dB is
typical.
Best 73,

Subject: [Icom] R9000 spec
Does anybody here in Icom-land know what the cross mod and intermod
performance of the R9000 is like? I am particularly interested in it's
performance on AM in the VHF airband. The receiver is being presented
with two signals both about -24dBm and I have no feel for how it should
hold up under such circumstances.
Thanks
