[Icom] Narrow Filter in FM Mode ICOM 706MKIIG

Bert, I had noted that on 2 meter FM, with the "N" filter on, I could not
get into a local repeater that has a 103.5 tone on it. I called Icom tech
support about this, and was told there is no narrow filter unless optional
filters have been installed. So according to the tech I spoke with, there is
no narrow FM filter and he could not explain why certain PL tones would not
work when the filter option was selected. Nothing like a good mystery. Good
