[Icom] 471h again

I replaced the mixer in my 471a with a mini-circuit
http://www.minicircuits.com SRA-1 ($14.45) or SBL-1 ($5.75) don't remember
which. I got a lot more signal out of the mixer so I'm not sure if the old one
was bad or what.
