[Icom] Auto Tuner

Hi Folks,

I am starting to work on the auto tuner in the 761 now. Icom lost my order
for the xtals and some other stuff. So it is try the tuner now for a while,
while I wait again.

The tuner motors will not run at all although the tuner appears of operate
normally except for that.  The motors will run when direct DC is applied.

Has anyone had experience with these tuners?  The problem with the tuner
was the fact that some idiot interchanged P2 and P6 connectors on the
preset board.
