[Icom] IC-228H accessories

Hi Gary,

I have a 228H operating manual, but no service manual.  My mobile mount is in 
use in my P/U.

Must not have been a real common rig in its day because the normal sources for 
manuals don't seem to have then for the 228H.

I can scan the op manual for you if that is satisfactory.
