Each regional variant has its own serial-number sequence.

#22 (USA), S/N XXXX

#23 (Europe), S/N XXXX

It is possible that Icom manufactured fewer #23 units than #22.

i like to ask if any one know why the S/N number of the proll in Europe
are very low i think it is on 12xx or so and in USA version is on 3000 or up
any one please?
