Do you possibly filter your mail to get the reflector into its own folder?
If so, some mail clients will out it into the folder multiple times if you
filter multiple times using different criteria.  That is one filter looks at
from field, another looks at to field, etc.  Solution: (in my case using
outlook)  use the command 'stop processing more rules' in the first one you
use and delete any others that look at the same message.
