[Icom] Recovering 761 had SARS

Hi,
Re: SARS, I am sending  my two kids over to Thailand next month and I am 
wondering.
Any how, what makes me wonder is Bill's persistence and what kind of 
ham(or whatever)
messed up the radio so bad?  I just can't comprehend.
